Job Purpose

The effective creation and maintenance of admin in the merchandise division to ensure policies and procedures are implemented and maintained, as well as the effective control of chain customer special orders.

Education and experience:

• Grade 12
• SAP Experience
• Buying / Planning experience will be advantageous
• Strong People Management Experience Essential
• Online Experience Advantageous

Required Job Competencies:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• SAP Knowledge and proficiency advantageous
• Experience with retail method of accounting
• Understanding of systems and how these impact on the business
• Sound and working knowledge of the use of Just Enough , ERPs for stores and head office
• Supply Chain Experience Advantageous
• Ability to interact with Suppliers, Buyers and Planners in a way that achieves maximum output
