Financial Manager at Creative CFO

Job description

We are looking for a Financial Professional to join us and fulfilling the role of an accountant and financial manager to the businesses that approach us for support. Each Financial Manager has their clients assigned directly to them and they are the first line of support in solving financial and operational challenges that SME's face.

You would join a broader team of professionals with a variety of financial expertise and interests, working with some of the most exciting businesses in Cape Town.

We assist our clients to grow by providing a suite of financial services that clarify the position and performance of their business. To do this we work to understand the business well and provide efficient solutions to the challenges that growing businesses experience.

The role's responsibility includes:

• the implementation of cloud-based financial systems for accounting, point of sale and inventory management
• developing the internal accounting controls and processes to ensure accurate management reporting
• providing high-level management support to a range of financial transactions including valuations, investment, resource and capital decisions
• providing tax advice and compiling tax returns to ensure compliance across payroll, vat, income tax
