Seeking a globally-minded, experienced pricing professional with strong commercial skills, business acumen, technical aptitude, and demonstrated success driving bottom-line pricing improvement in a dynamic marketplace. Working closely with the RBU General Manager and the Regional Pricing Manager, Emerging Markets Group, the candidate will have a high level of comfort with all levels of the organization to communicate new concepts and strategies.

As Pricing Manager for the RBU you will be accountable for identifying and leading pricing improvement activities including hands-on data analysis, price strategy, margin improvement, price effectiveness and capability needs of the organization.

Primary Responsibilities

• Demonstrated analytical skills with the ability to evaluate financial data and interpret as relevant data points in review and approval consideration – understand and apply logic on price offers with consideration for specific region market impacts.
• Communicate pricing strategies and concepts to various levels of the organization and document opportunities related to margin growth.
• Lead market delivery of Pricing Roadmap projects and document issues using Change Management templates and techniques.
• Liaison with the stakeholders to develop and implement pricing and analytical techniques to manage margin and price effectiveness.
• Assist in the implementation and design of the pricing systems and architecture to optimize the processes that support the ongoing price execution.
• Contribute to increasing awareness about the benefits of pricing analytics and training teams on using Pricing Analytics tools like QlikView.
