DESCRIPTION:-
 
A financial services professional who assists two company director’s / financial planner in performing compliance adherence, client base and general administration.

REQUIREMENTS: -

• Strong language and inter-personal skills are critical
• Long-term Insurance and Investment knowledge
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
• RE 5 (Representative regulatory examinations) will be an added advantage

KPA / STRATEGIC BUSINESS DELIVERABLES: -

• Compliance support to Representatives
• Contacting clients to request documents, and schedule meetings
• Updating / uploading client details, managing review cycles, general CRM functionality
• General administration

QUALITIES: -

• Working collaboratively with all companies and staff within the CFSG group of companies
• Ability to work independently and be self-driven within a team structure
• Have appropriate client communication skills and presentation abilities
• Intrapersonal and interpersonal communication skills
