Reporting Specialist at Swift Momentum

A Cape Town based company is seeking a Reporting Specialist to provide clients with exceptional service and ensure accurate and efficient reporting administration.

DUTIES

• Responsible for the timely and accurate production, rendering, combining, checking and distribution of institutional client reporting.
• Responsible for the continued management, analysis, and improvement of the reporting process.
• Responsible for monthly accounts and ancillary reports, quarterly accounts and ancillary reports, regulatory reports, fund fact sheets and ad hoc communication
• Running automated data validations
• Combining reports (where necessary)
• Distribution of reports
• Final checks and sign-off
• Rendering the reports
• Managing the reporting process from end-to-end
• Identify reporting trends or process improvements
• Assist with fixing issues, optimizing processes and reducing reporting timelines.
• First line of support for business users

REQUIREMENTS

• Relevant commerce degree or diploma
• 3+ years’ experience in a similar role
• Experience in generating, checking and distributing reports
