The role

To perform operational HR activity across a range of HR processes in order to contribute to the delivery of quality end to end HR services including resolving first line HR queries in all timely and accurate manner.

Main Responsibilities

• Provide support to Sandvik employees across all Business Areas within Southern Africa.
• Perform activities across more that one, if not the full range of HR services offered by HR Contact Centre including PeopleSoft HR Management Systems, recruitment administration,maintaining employee data and files, and compensation & benefits administration.
• Be the first point of contact for the above HR related queries from Sandvik employees and manager in a professional and technically accurate way.

Follow globally consistent processes and procedures in the perfomance of their work and spots and escalates opportunities for improvement.

Your profile

• Minimun 2 years experience working in HR Admin role, providing services to internal & external customers
• Matric
• Call centre experience will be an advantage
• HR Qualification or equivalant
• Driver's Licence
• Own transport
