    Country Sales Manager - French Speaker

    About the job

    We are looking for a dynamic Country Sales Manager, French speaker who will:

    • Make valuable contact with Customer:
      • Add new opportunities to CRM;
      • Follow up on opportunities using selling skills;
      • Win large deals.
    • Learn so you can add value to Customer:
      • Rapidly build employee product knowledge;
      • Rapidly build your product knowledge through online learning;
      • Develop your and customers understanding of key Autodesk products.
    • Make valuable contact with Reseller:
      • Manage channel pipeline;
      • Facilitate financial management of local reseller accounts.
    • Forecast and Report:
      • Maintain salesforce.com every day in order that your forecast is accurate;
      • Attend and report in weekly sales meetings.
    • 5. Sell Services:
      • Sell training and implementation to customers.

    About the person

    The successful candidate must have the following qualifications and experience:

    • At least a tertiary qualification in engineering or architecture design is required;
    • Knowledge of general engineering, construction, mining or architecture sectors in the Francophone market in Africa will be an advantage;
    • At least 5 years IT, technology or solution sales experience;
    • A relevant experience selling industrial software will be an advantage;
    • A proven sales track record in new business development, where your targets have consistently been exceeded;
    • Selling into infrastructure and civil engineering consulting companies, in either the private or public sectors, and understanding those industries would be an advantage.

    Skills and abilities:

    • Solid grasp of the Francophone market in Africa and understanding of the business culture;
    • Passion for new business sales;
    • Excellent negotiation, sales and marketing skills;
    • Highly motivated and target driven;
    • Strong Business Acumen;
    • Solid critical thinking and market analysis capability;
    • Ability to engage with senior levels of your targeted prospects;
    • Ability to uncover needs and present business solutions to senior management team;
    • Solid and contactable references;
    • Proven track record in terms of exceeding sales targets in the Francophone market place in Africa;
    • Strong communication and computer skills (Microsoft Office);
    • Fluency in English and French.

    Monthly salary

    R25-28K (plus attractive commissions) including company benefits.
