    Customer Service Specialist

    Job description

    In the position of Customer Service Specialist you will focus on maximizing and continuous improvements of customer’s satisfaction and loyalty though detection of opportunities to serve the customer while addressing customer support requests and perform outbound sales activities.

    You will support your customers and Danfoss sales team by:

    • Handling general pre- and post-sales queries and claims,
    • Processing and booking orders with follow-up activities,
    • Providing logistics and basic product information to internal and external customers,
    • Taking care of stock levels and booking purchase orders to supplier plants,
    • Supporting customers with credit and financial information,
    • Registiring all customer queries in to CRM (salesforce.com) and to follow-up, escalate when needed,
    • Managing data quality in SAP and CRM system and preparing regular reports to Customer Service Center Manager,
    • Providing all customer painpoints and improvement areas to Customer Service Center Manager

    At least University degree from Business Administraion, Communication, Logistics, Engineering and related faculties and starting experience in customer service and logistics related positions.

    You should also have experience from working in SAP and SAP CRM or Salesforce.com.
