Job description

You will
With a background in brand positioning and proposition development, you’ll have experience of leading the creation of effective brand marketing programmes and cross category marketing. You’ll also have knowledge of developing trade communication programmes.
As a proven leader with the ability to motivate, coach and develop people, you’ll be used to co-ordinating large, diverse teams. Naturally, you’ll be an effective communicator and presenter with the presence to influence and negotiate effectively. With strong project management skills, you’ll also be a strategic thinker and a confident decision maker.
Ideally, you’ll have a business or marketing degree with a sound foundation in commerce and quantitative analysis. Brand marketing experience (5 to 8 years) gained in an FMCG environment, together with any trade marketing or key account management experience, would be a plus.
