Awesome company! Vibrant and passionate employees! The Payroll Officer is responsible for providing support by maintaining payroll information by collecting, calculating, and entering data. Updating payroll records by entering changes in exemptions, employee salary deductions, and job title and department/division transfers.

The Payroll Officer ensures salaries are processed for Head Office, Distribution Centre, and Corporate Stores and Franchise Stores Nationally.

The Payroll Officer offers support to the organisation by:

•  Payroll preparation
•  Payroll Processing
•  Franchisee Mid-month invoices
•  Preparation of month end deliverables
•  Employee Taxation reporting and submission
•  Managing and resolving payroll and tax related queries
•  Franchisee Month-end invoices

MUST have SAGE Premier VIP and 3 years solid payroll experience (300 - 400+ on payroll)
