Job description

We are looking for an exceptional Leader to manage the game design team and to facilitate the delivery of game content through into the development team. To work collaboratively with their fellow team leads in producing high quality and innovative products. Providing a culture of ownership and enabling a high performance team. This individual must be able to lead and guide this team towards achieving business objectives.

Essential duties and responsibilities

• Communication (within team; with stake holders, clients and larger organization)
• Provides Technical Design Leadership
• Manage Art Team (talent management and talent development)
• Process implementation in order to drive effeciency and effectiveness of product delivery
• Aligning Performance for Success
• Collaboratively works with team members to set performance goals and measures
• Product Ownership (strategic leadership and direction of product, ROI, reporting)
• Facilitated project delivery (work together with Project Manager to deliver on roadmap)
