Senior Consulting Psychologist at Work Dynamics

Job description

We are currently seeking a self-confident and pro-active professional with a proven ability to function independently. The individual will be expected to market his/her expertise for business development purposes and conduct consulting assignments in our service areas in order to generate business. Results-driven, strong customer orientation, a high level of self-motivation and a proven academic and career track record are essential requirements.

The candidate will act as a thought leader and consultant in respect of consulting assignments focusing on:

• Organisation Development (including design, competency framework development, diagnostic analysis, team development, change management design and implementation);
• Psychometric and Competency Assessments for Selection and Development;
• Performance Management

Qualification & Experience

• Minimum: Relevant Master’s Degree in Psychology/Industrial Psychology
• Minimum of 5-10 years working experience
• Consulting Experience would be an added advantage
• Candidates must be willing to travel and to work in a team. 

A remuneration package commensurate with experience will be negotiated.
