Job description
Be the glue that holds the team together! One of Africa's largest malls is looking for a Operations Administrator to join their fast paced team. This is a vital role in the coordination and administration of all efforts for the Operations team to ensure that this busy mall is managed and run effectively. It will be your responsibility to ensure the systems are updated accordingly to ensure proper record keeping of all faults and accuracy of invoices received to ensure prompt payment to suppliers, as well as creating orders up to invoice loading for payment and updating all certificates weekly. It will also be your monthly task to provide reports detailing all unresolved issues, deadline dates and responsible persons to resolve these issues. This role will only suit a strong team player, who is exceptionally organised and above all has a positive attitude. To be considered for this position you will be required to hold a Matric certificate with 2 years experience in a support role managing the maintenance of retail properties.
