Finance Manager at WorkFlow Managed Services

A fantastic opportunity exists for a proactive Financial Manager to join Workflow Managed Services.

The role requires a problem-solver to manage the full finance function at an exciting new enterprise in the office automation and ICT space in Kyalami.

Key responsibilities include:

• Oversight and management of the full finance function.
• This business is in an early stage of its life cycle and requires a team player to implement systems and controls across the following functions:
• Sales and debtors
• Procurement and creditors
• Treasury
• Payroll
• Fixed Assets
• Inventory
• Taxation (VAT and Corporate)
• Corporate governance and Companies’ Act compliance
• Cash flow and working capital management
• Budget and forecast preparation and monitoring
• Preparation of Board packs and attendance at quarterly Board meetings
• Preparation and presentation of monthly management accounts
• Statutory reporting and audit of the annual financial statements
• Product costing and analysis of margins
• Management of the HR and legal functions as required
• Management of the company pension fund in line with the Pension Fund Act
• Ad hoc reporting to shareholders as required

Minimum requirements:

• Highest levels of integrity. The shareholders will be entrusting their business and capital to you.
• Newly qualified CA(SA) OR
• Accountant with strong financial management experience
• Strong communication skills. Must be a team player. This role requires working closely with the Managing Director and staff.
• Strong excel, word and outlook skills
• Exposure to Sage Evolution ERP system advantageous
• Experience in an office automation environment, or an environment where click revenue is generated, would be advantageous.

CTC: R500k – R800k dependent on skill and experience. CA(SA) an advantage.
