The key purpose of this role is to Ensure end-to-end Project Management of Key Zone initiatives.
Key outputs and responsibilities:
Ensure project management for key Zone initiatives (scope, timing, budget, risk, etc.) and drive field execution (including CQV, Brewery start-ups, etc.)
Manage cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders, ensuring effective and proactive cooperation together with regular (weekly, monthly) Sr. Management project updates
Set up and drive MCRS
Standardize and optimize KPIs, tools and processes
Manage ZITEC Budget (OPEX and CAPEX)
Lead ZITEC Targets cascading and monitoring
Ensure portfolio management for Zone (VE/TIF/Champions)
Tracking and management of Control Tower and financial governance routines
Ensure tracking and monitoring of Zone strategic projects
SPOC for key internal stakeholders and governance forums (ZTC/ZMTC)
Ensure implementation of tools and systems, standards, policies and means to accelerate and improve implementation and Innovation KPIs
Management of CIF projects on Pegasus
Profile:
Degree in Engineering, Science, Automation or any other Business related field
Minimum 2 years brewery operations management experience of a large or complex manufacturing facility or business knowledge
A qualification in Project Management beneficial
A checked out Brewing, Engineering or Packaging Trainee with good supply process knowledge beneficial
Ability to effectively engage with individuals within the organization, plan & manage projects and perform under pressure.
