    Artisan Leave Relief

    • The key purpose of this role is to maintain, repair and optimise plant and associated devices to ensure plant availability and product quality at minimum cost without sacrificing standards.  

    Key roles and responsibilities:

    • Maintain a safe, healthy, risk free working environment at all times by abiding to all rules and regulations of the safety policies
    • Perform maintenance and operation on various machines while ensuring that the machine is safe before maintenance tasks are carried out
    • Maintain and repair plant & associated devices at minimum cost while maintaining highest quality standards

    Brewing Operator - Alrode

    • The key purpose of this role is the safe operation of one or more discrete processes in the Brewing & Utilities plant (e.g., Wort Cooling, Yeast Management, Filtration Q&C), the execution of maintenance tasks, quality control checks and analyses, and the coaching of fellow team members to produce a consistent product of the right quality at optimum cost.

    Key roles and responsibilities:

    Plant and Process

    • Optimise Plant & Process Performance where appropriate​
    • Operate the Brew house Plant and Process​
    • Operate Beverage Fermentation Plant and Process​
    • Operate Beverage Filtration Plant and Process​
    • Operate the Packaging (kegging and bottling) Plant and Process​

    Quality Control and Analysis

    • Escalate any identified or unresolved problems to BAM

    Communication

    • Actively participate in meetings and goal reviews

    Agro Processing Manager - VOPS Caledon

    The key purpose of this role is to be responsible for effective planning, co-ordination, execution, support, implementation and evaluation of agricultural raw material varieties and processing initiatives in the ABInBev supply chain throughout Africa.

    Key roles and responsibilities:

    • Commercialization of Cassava and Sorghum programs across Africa
    • Planning, co-ordination and execution of all processing trials in the Micro brewing and Pilot malting plant as prioritized based on stakeholder requirements.
    • Data analysis, monitoring and reporting of annual barley crop quality status and risk.

    Profile:

    • BSc: Agriculture/ Biochemistry/Food Science

    Acceleration Development Specialist - Sandton

    • The key purpose of this  role is to Ensure end-to-end Project Management of Key Zone initiatives.

    Key outputs and responsibilities:

    Warehouse Controller Bara

    • The key purpose of this role is responsible to implement and uphold ABInBev safety standards. Manage the Inventory and Warehousing function so that customer service levels can be optimized and that benchmarked productivity standards are met. Implement standard operating processes in line with DPO standards. Manage VLC, ZBB and FLC budgets in line with annual flexed targets.

    Key outputs and responsibilities:

    • Insure compliance to 5's Standard within and around Warehouse Operation and show results evolution

    Fleet & Safety Supervisor

    The key purpose of this role is to provide on the “ground, technical and operational” overseeing and professional safety/fleet management service thereby ensuring that the Company operates in a lawful and ethical manner, abides to the Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) Act, Road Transport Act, Governance Codes (Combined Code) of practice pertaining to Safety and Fleet Management. Including SAB Safety Policy and Standards and Corporate Governance and ensures protection of stakeholder interests through the mitigation at source of loss and safety risk, pure and speculative across the broad spectrum of the SAB operations

    Key roles and responsibilities:

    • Conduct shop-floor ongoing coaching on OHS Act
    • To ensure compliance with the OHS Act of 93 and the Road Traffic Act
    • Accountable to providing sustainable fleet/safety support to the sites stationed at and remotely contracted to support including the sales/ commercial operations
    • The safety professional need to be available for emergencies. Business hazards are not contained within perimeter fencing but one has to devise smart plans to work in collaboration with multiple stakeholders
    • Conduct daily stringent inspections of the depot fleet for compliance against legal and company requirements
    • Report on daily fleet availability (Trucks, Trailers, FLT’s and MFLT’s) daily
    • Maintain and archive records and documentation as per SAB and legal requirements including maintenance job cards, licensing history, and pre-trip inspections
    • To manage internal self-audits

    • Understand vehicle-specific maintenance and service requirements for all vehicle categories (trucks, trailers, forklifts and warehouse cleaning equipment)
    • To empower operators and line managers to be able to provide an encompassing 21st century leadership to operations
    • To develop and maintain site standards to minimize losses, ensure compliance to legal provisions (e.g. OHS Act, Environmental Act, COVID Act) and limited exposures.
    • To be accountable for the maintenance of the environmental programme and the execution of required internal and external audits
    • Ensure all workplace hazards are identified and communicated to all staff.
    • Ensure all new employees and contractors are inducted on the SHE programme

    • Spare Part Management to ensure min / max levels adherence (Includes tyres)
    • Workshop Safety 5s and review maintenance SOP’s to ensure safe practices are followed
    • Utilize CR360 to report non-conformances, incident and accidents

    Profile:

    • Relevant 3 year tertiary degree / diploma
    • 2 – 3 years fleet functional work experience
    • Applicable Occupational Health and Safety Act of 93, South African Road Traffic Act and governance knowledge
