Accommodation Assistant at Anglo American

Job Description:

As an Accommodation Assistant, you will provide a service through the Housing processes and your responsibilities will include: 

• Administration of Housing Subsidies

• Effective planning to ensure housing availability & ensure that the houses are in a good condition for future allocation

•  Administration f the selling of company properties

•  Administration of the leasing of accommodation to employees

•  Administration relating to the evacuation of housing

•  Administration & arrangement of transportation of new employees’ furniture

• Resolving of housing queries/complaints from employees

• Adherence to all health & safety standards & promotion of good housekeeping on an on-going basis

This role is in the Housing Department at a Band 9 (A4) level reporting to the Housing Specialist.

Qualifications:

• Grade 12 or N3 / or FET level 4

• 2 – 3 years applicable experience

• Computer literate: very good experience with HR SAP, MS Word & MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook

• Advanced MS Excel knowledge & experience

• Knowledge of housing policies

• Valid drivers’ license
