    Account Development Representative, TSG

    WHAT YOU WILL DO

    • Cultivate new business connections using cold outreach, growing existing networks, and using professional social channels like LinkedIn Zoom Info, etc.
    • Call and email prospects to qualify needs, timeline, pain points, budget, and decision-makers
    • Meet monthly and quarterly quota
    • Touch (email, phone call and LinkedIn) and track (tasks, events, and relevant meeting information) in Salesforce a minimum of 50 leads per day.
    • Qualify and pursue leads from marketing initiatives (white papers, webinars, trials, etc.)
    • Establish and build prospect relationships with key decision-makers and build "trust" within those organizations
    • Take all inbound calls to qualify leads.
    • Territories: Europe and Africa

    WHAT YOU HAVE

    • 2+ years’ experience in Sales with enterprise level customers experience
    • Effective time management skills
    • Interpersonal communication skills
    • Ability to self-motivate and work independently
    • Goal-orientation
    • Attention to detail
    • Resiliency, trustworthiness, creativity and solution-orientation
    • Tool Experience: Salesforce & Microsoft Office products (advantageous)
