Account Manager at Salt South Africa

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage, develop, and grow mid/large-tier partners.
• Support partners in migrating clients to the platform.
• Build strong relationships with partners.
• Collaborate with Account Management colleagues for overall success.
• Recruit, educate, and grow the partner base.
• Develop and implement a formal Partner Engagement plan for each partner.
• Drive online strategy within practices to exceed monthly targets.

What You’ll Bring:

• Solid experience in Inside Sales or Account Management.
• Inbound phone and email sales experience.
• Proficiency in the Google suite of applications and CRM database skills.
• Previous experience in a SAAS company.
• Tertiary education (highly advantageous).
• Interest in the emerging online accounting market.
• Ability to build lasting relationships over the phone.
• Attention to detail and follow-up.
• Process-driven with a sense of ownership.
• Initiative and self-motivation.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
