    Account Manager

    Overview:

    • A leading creative and marketing agency is looking for an experienced Account Manager to join its growing team.
    • This is an opportunity to work in a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment where strategy, creativity, and client relationships intersect. The role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing commercial thinking with operational execution, while acting as a trusted partner to clients across a variety of campaigns and projects.
    • The successful candidate will play a key role in managing client relationships, driving campaign delivery, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard. Beyond day-to-day account management, the role also requires someone who can think proactively, identify growth opportunities, and contribute strategically to both client success and agency performance.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Manage client accounts with a proactive and strategic approach
    • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
    • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring excellent service delivery
    • Understand client business objectives and provide strategic guidance where needed
    • Develop and manage account plans aligned to client goals and agency objectives
    • Coordinate and oversee campaign execution across internal teams including strategy, creative, development, and growth
    • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to scope
    • Manage account budgets and support financial performance and profitability
    • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth account operations
    • Monitor industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activity relevant to client sectors
    • Continuously improve processes and contribute to operational efficiency within the agency

    Requirements:

    • Proven experience in an Account Manager role within an advertising, creative, or marketing agency environment
    • Strong understanding of client relationship management and campaign delivery
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail
    • Commercial awareness and experience managing budgets or account profitability
    • Strategic thinking and problem-solving ability
    • Confident working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
    • Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams
