    Account Manager

     Role Description

    • This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Manager located in Cape Town. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and renewing client contracts. Daily tasks include developing and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, resolving client issues, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional service.

    Qualifications

    • Relationship management and customer service skills
    • Experience with account management and client retention
    • Sales and negotiation skills
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
    • Relevant qualifications in Business, Marketing, or a related field
    • Experience in the telecommunications industry is a plus
