Duties & Responsibilities

• Full Financial Accounting and Balance Sheet Recons maintenance
• Posting of journal entries
• Maintain fixed assets register      
• Inventory stock recons and stock takes
• Customer and Supplier query to resolve.
• Accounts receivables to ensure maintained and up to date.
• Accounts payables ensure correct postings per signed contracts to maintain and keep up to date.
• Ensure the procurement process to be followed.
• Cashbook posting and recons to keep up to date.
• Manage the payment process for all company payments (Submission of payments etc)
• Supervise Financial Dept - Debtors, Creditors, Admin, Cashbook, Intercompany, Stock, etc… to be up to date
• Cost recoveries ensure revenue is matched for all cost of sales items.
• Debtors Collection assistance
• VAT, PAYE, Calculation, recons, and submissions
• Assist Financial Heads and Managers with all ad-hoc duties
• Assist with reviewing expenses and preparation of monthly closings.

Desired Experience & Qualification

• Degree in BCom Accounting
• At least 2-3 Years’ Accounting Experience
• Completed SAIPA or SAICA Articles
• ERP Knowledge - Intermediate
• Intermediate Excel Skill
• IFRS Knowledge
• Cash flow Management
• Meticulous Person
• High Administrative - Good with procedures, processes, and best practices. 
• Strong writing skills
