Accountant Fixed Term Contract-Western Cape at Accounting and Financial Advisory

Job Summary:

• We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented accountant to join our team.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial records, preparing financial reports, analyzing data, and assisting with budget planning and forecasting.
• The accountant will also ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, as well as provide support during audits and financial reviews.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports
• Assist with budget planning and forecasting
• Maintain accurate and detailed financial records
• Monitor expenses and reconcile bank statements
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
• Assist with tax preparation and financial audits
• Provide financial support to management as needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
