Accountant (FN24) at Werkie

Key Responsibilities:

• Stand in as Debtors Clerk when required
• Support the Financial Manager with daily financial functions
• Take on selected Financial Manager responsibilities
• Perform bank reconciliations
• Handle supplier, customer, and debtor reconciliations
• Validate supplier invoices, pricing, and rates
• Process and verify transport invoices
• Maintain and update Excel spreadsheets and financial data

Job Requirements:

• BCom Degree in Accounting or currently studying towards it (final year)
• A Diploma in Accounting will also be considered
• Minimum 3+ years’ experience in an accounting role
• Experience working with SAGE
• Strong Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and V-Lookup's
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
