Job Description:

• We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Accountant to join our finance team. The Accountant will be responsible for managing all financial activities of the dealership, including budgeting, financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices, as well as experience working in the automotive industry.

Responsibilities:

•  Prepare and analyze financial statements
•  Monitor and track budget performance
•  Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
•  Oversee payroll processing
•  Ensure compliance with tax regulations
•  Prepare financial reports for management
•  Maintain accurate and uptodate financial records
•  Assist with financial audits
•  Provide financial analysis and recommendations to management
• Qualifications:
•  Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
•  Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation preferred
•  Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience, preferably in the automotive industry
•  Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office suite
•  Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
•  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
•  Ability to work independently and as part of a team
•  Knowledge of South African tax laws and regulations
