    Job Summary

    We have an exciting opportunity available for a junior / entry level accountant who will perform accounting duties of moderate complexity.

    Responsibilities Will Include, But Not Limited To.

    • Reconciling leasing or other systems to the general ledger.
    • Mapping and setting up general ledger accounts.
    • Preparing moderately complex reconciliations.
    • Preparing reports.
    • Researching, clearing, and communicating booking or posting errors to the appropriate parties.
    • Conducting or assisting in the documentation of accounting projects.
    • Preparing or assisting in the preparation of accounting reports and year-end activities.
    • May coordinate and review lower-level accounting work assignments for accuracy and completeness.
    • Understands the established continuous improvement objectives for the department.
    • Measures progress toward the continuous improvement standards and ensure that the necessary measurements are maintained.
    • Participates in the resolution of any identified problems.
    • Analyzes data and makes all business decisions based on such analysis.

    Job Requirements

    • A completed bachelor’s degree in Financial Accounting is preferred.
    • 2 – 3years experience in a similar environment.
    • Knowledge of accounting distribution and ability to verify correctness and completeness of such information.
    • Knowledge of U.S. GAAP and FASB regulations and procedures as they related to the particular area of accounting.
    • Demonstrated ability to create and maintain Excel spreadsheets and Word documents.
