Description

• Prepare Liquidity reporting on a day-to-day basis.
• Ensure compliance with SARB regulations relating to foreign payments and foreign receipts.
• Responsible for bank administration and loading payments on Nedbank Business and Nedbank Global.
• Performs daily bank account reconciliation and advises the business on missing entries.
• Review Procurement card reconciliations and post the related journal entries.
• Monthly invoicing to MFS for building and vehicle rents.
• Facilitate the purchase and sale of foreign currency for overseas travel.
• Reconcile overseas travel expense claims, capture currency fluctuations in foreign currencies.
• Post journals on SAP Prepare balance sheet reconciliations.
• Run the monthly Fixed Assets Depreciation.
• Create additional asset numbers and ensure disposals are captured in SAP Reconcile foreign intercompany creditors.
• Perform ad hoc duties as required by management.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Grade: 12 Matric Certificate.
• Diploma/Degree in Accounting/equivalent.

Skills:

• Good communication (oral and written) & interpersonal relations skills.
• Must have a hands-on approach with good understanding of operational aspects of the business.
• Work accurately under pressure and be able to meet deadlines.
• Process orientation and compliance skills.
• Time Management Skills.
• Accounting and financial analysis skills.

Experience:

• Experience in the same/similar role - 2 years.
