Job Purpose: Optimally manage Dealer and Bank portfolios and relationships to grow and acquire new business.

Required Knowledge and Experience    

• 3 years experience in the insurance sector in Dealer Sales
• 3 years experience in Short term Insurance
• Knowledge on short term insurance products
• Working knowledge on how to effectively drive sales in a Dealer and Bank environment
• Basic Long-term knowledge
• Working knowledge and understanding of FAIS, FICA, TCF, PPR
• Customer service skills
• Networking skills
• Marketing skills
• Enthusiastic
• Target and trend analysis skills
• A high level of numeracy
• Analytical skills
• An understanding of client confidentiality and how to be discreet
• Administrative and IT skills
• Ability to write reports

Educational Requirements    

• Grade 12 / Matric essential
• FAIS Qualification (NQF level 4 or 5)
• RE5
• Relevant Tertiary qualification an added advantage
