Accounts Payable Supervisor at One&Only Resorts

Key responsibilities:

• Supervising Accounts Payable Team;
• Checking of invoices for accuracy, tax compliance & matching to purchase orders;
• Ensure correct expense allocation;
• Management of AP ageing, ensuring timely payments;
• Balancing Accounts Payable ledger to the General Ledger;
• Resolve payment related queries;
• Maintain organized recordkeeping;
• Reconcile travel advances;
• Maintain pre-payment and operating equipment schedules;
• Ensure correct cost allocation for SLAs;
• Month-end processes i.e. re-allocations of expenses and accruals;
• Reconciliation of Balance Sheet Accounts.

Requirements:

• Advanced knowledge of Excel;
• Experience on Accounting software;
• Tertiary qualification in accounting / bookkeeping;
• Must have knowledge of Input VAT;
• Working experience in accounts payable / creditors an advantage;
• Comfortable interacting with internal clients at senior level and suppliers;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• Accuracy & attention to detail;
• Deadline oriented.
