We are seeking a dedicated Accounts Receivable Clerk who possesses a solid background and a passion for maintaining efficient financial operations.
What You'll Do:
Manage and reconcile customer accounts, ensuring accuracy and timely collections.
Process a high volume of invoices and payments with precision.
Maintain detailed records of all accounts receivable transactions.
Collaborate with the sales and finance teams to resolve account discrepancies.
Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant financial regulations.
Requirements:
Matric and a relevant diploma.
Between 5 to 7 years of experience in a similar accounts receivable role.
Proven experience within the FMCG sector.
Strong numerical and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in financial software and MS Office suite.
Nice to Have:
Experience with ERP systems.
Knowledge of financial regulations applicable to South Africa.
