DESCRIPTION

• We’re on the lookout for an experienced a Activations Promoter Coordinator - who will be working close with Promoters on campaigns and activations in Western Cape. 

As a Project Coordinator you will be responsbile for:

• 3rd Party Supplier Support 
• Staff Administration 
• Management of Tools and Assets 
• Co-ordinate and Present Promoter Induction 
• Campaign Outcome Reporting and Tracking
• Campaign Coordination 
• Execution of Field Operational Processes
• Promotional Staff Support

REQUIREMENTS

To qualify for this role, you should have:

• 2-3 years’ experience in a Activations or Promoter environment preferably within FMCG
• Matric
• Must have own reliable car
• Relationship building
• Planning & prioritisation
• Multi-tasking
• Administration skills
• Process management
• Computer literacy - MS office suite
• Communication skills (verbal & written)
