Admin Assistant - Farm Foods, Christiana

Job Function
- Process receipts from customers as well as admin related expenses from the bank accounts
Requirements
- Gr12 certificate
- Relevant knowledge in accounting
- Detail oriented
- Team work NB
- Perform duties as instructed
- Advance Excel knowlegde will be an advantage
- Knowledge of Navision will be an advantage
Duties and Responsibilities
- Process receipts from customers as well as admin related expenses from the bank accounts
- Manage daily, weekly, and monthly cashflows
- Process credit cards on a monthly basis
- Process cash receipts and allocate to the relevant cash control accounts
- Maintaining and reconciling the individual cash control accounts
- Follow up on differences on cash control accounts
- Process and reconcile intercompany loan accounts and interest
- Manage and maintain petty cash
- Process and reconcile weekly finance loans
