Job Description

• Responsible for the Administrative function to the VKB Retail Branches   

Requirements

• Grade 12/ NQF 4
• Previous experience within a similar role will serve as recommendation
• Proficient in the MS Office package
• Good communication skills; written and verbal
• Good telephone etiquette

Duties and Responsibilities

• Control and management of incoming cash & transactions from the relevant VKB Branches
• Outgoing cash and transactions to VKB Branches requesting float
• Day to day assistance with queries relating to float requests
• Assisting with technical queries relating to Speed points at VKB Branches 
• Communication with participating Banks pertaining to Speed Point transactions and queries
• Cashbook reconciliations
• Filing and general administrative duties
• Any ad-hoc related tasks as requested by management
