Job Advert Summary    

• Responsible for organising training sessions and coordinating specific training activities under the supervision of the SHE Officer. Ensure and maintain attendance records and monitor trainee performance. 

Minimum Requirements    

• Grade 12. 
• Computer Literate. 
• Excellent communication skills.
• Excellent timekeeping skills.
• Be able to work under pressure. 
• Working overtime when required.

Duties and Responsibilities    

• Capture all training done on employee training files.
• Maintain training matrix.
• Compile and distribute training reports.
• Maintain training administrative system.
• Conduct induction training.
• Communicating zone information.
• Maintain attendance record and monitor trainee performance.
• Do general cleaning according to standards.
• Ensure that food safety and quality standards and practices are maintained.
