Admin Controller at Distell

• Effectively manage subordinates, ensuring competent & motivated people
• Effectively manage the daily administration function within the Distribution Centre
• Effectively manage and co-ordinate the monthly internal audit checks for the Distribution Centre.
• Effectively manage the procurement process
• Processing of purchase requisitions
• Efficient & accurate reconciling of GL and bank accounts
• Co-ordinate the preparation of budgets and forecasts
• Monthly variance analysis (actual spend against budget)
• Efficiently maintain the Quality Management System (ISO9001: 2008)
• Preparation and consolidation of all monthly reporting, including reporting to Regional Office
• Ad hoc investigations and requests
• ICC’s, audit and control.
• Opex control and reporting
• Responsible for arranging functions

The Successful Candidate Must Have The Following Experience/skills

• A recognized, relevant, tertiary qualification
• 3 - 5 year’s experience in a similar environment
• Strong administration skills with a financial background.
• Fully computer literate in MS Office, Excel, SAP.
• Proven leadership abilities
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proven interaction / interpersonal skills.
• The ability to work independently as well as within a team.
