Purpose of the Job
- To implement and maintain the admin systems, procedures and policies. To implement and maintain the financial budgets. To implement and maintain the loss control systems.
- To ensure adherence to Health, Safety and Housekeeping standards. To implement and maintain the HR systems, procedures and policies.
Job Objectives
- To implement and maintain the admin systems, procedures and policies, maintain the financial budgets and loss control systems. Ensure adherence to Health, Safety and Housekeeping standards.
Qualifications
- Matric - essential
Experience
- Admin Manager experience within a Retail Environment
Knowledge and Skills
- Implementing and maintaining the HR systems, procedures and policies.
- Management of staff.
