Minimum Requirements

• Matric
• Minimum of 1 year experience in general administration
• Previous experience in the Student Finance environment

Recommendation:

• Previous experience of ITS

Key Performance Areas / Principal Accountabilities

• Assisting students with Financial Clearance at Registration
• Capturing debit orders on RealPay
• Ensuring that records are kept up to date and accurately filed for quick referencing and audit purpose
• Provide quotations to prospective students and other stakeholders
• Provide support to Student Finance and any other reasonable requests from Managers
• Attend to student queries regarding Outstanding debt, following up on Outstanding Payments and Funding decisions
• Confirming validity and integrity of documents
• Liaise with Students, Parents and other Stakeholders
• General administrative duties which include filling, maintain filling system, and any tasks related to the operations of the office
