Minimum matric/Grade 12 Certificate / senior Certificate. Relevant post matric qualification will be an added advantage. No experience required. Communication (verbal & written). Organisational and problem-solving skills.
Good computer skills (MS Word, Excel, etc.). Valid driver`s license. Ability to work under pressure. Sound Interpersonal relations.
Barcoding and recording of new assets. Controls assets movements within the College. Ensure that all assets of the College are correctly captured. Monthly reporting of new assets and updating Inventory lists.
Conduct annual physical assets verification and ensuring that inventory lists are accurately updated. Report all stolen, obsolete and redundant assets. Reporting of broken equipment and preparation of the repairs. Ensuring that storerooms are properly organised and clean. Assist in disposal of assets.
