Introduction    

• AVBOB, Africa's largest Mutual Assurance Society providing a one-stop Funeral Insurance and Burial solution, has a vacancy for an Administration Clerk (B1) at their Preparation Centre, situated in Pretoria-West. The incumbent will be exposed to the funeral environment and will be responsible for general office administration duties.

Specification    

• Day to day administrative function of the PREP Centre
• Capture data
• Filing and record keeping
• Handle queries
• Liaison with funeral agencies and stakeholders
• Process documentation for funeral arrangements
• Finalise the BB process
• Receive and arrange funeral bookings

Requirements    

• Grade 12
• Valid drivers’ license
• 2 – 3 Years Administration experience
• Good understanding of the funeral industry
• 2 – 3 Years Computer literacy
• Administration skills
