Grade 12 Certificate or equivalent with a minimum of 6 months’ appropriate experience in data capturing and patient administration. Ability to communicate effectively in any official language particularly English.
Must have knowledge of record keeping in a safe manner. Must be willing to work night shift, weekends and public holidays. The candidate must have knowledge of customer care . Computer literacy is essential. Current and former EPWP participants Interns and COVID-19 contract officials are encouraged to apply.
Duties :
Work as frontline administrative worker. Assist the Police in collection of documents as needed, create and maintain filling system in line with Departmental Record Management Policy Framework and National Archives Act. Retrieving and filling of patients’ files. Assist in planning for facility activities including campaigns. Compile daily, weekly and monthly statistics.
Share meeting schedules, take minutes during meetings. Be able to work with different stakeholders (Social Development/SAPS & NGOS. Perform any other administrative duties as delegated by the Supervisor.
