Grade 12 or equivalent. Qualification in Public/Business/Office Management or equivalent will be an added advantage. No experience required. Computer Literacy.
Other skills: application of Batho Pele Principles in a work situation. Good communication skills. Will be required to work shifts, weekends and on public holidays. Knowledge of Patient and billing system will be an added advantage. Previous EPWP experience will be an added advantage.
Duties :
Registration and admission of patients on SAP/HIS or manually. Classification of patients according to uniform patient’s fee scheduled (UPFS). Completion of administrative documents.
Billing and collection of money from patients and issuing of receipts, balancing in-paying register at the end of every shift. Manual and electronic registration and admission of patients.
Ensure that working material and equipment’s are available. Reporting lost damaged or dysfunctional equipment. Capture all patients data correctly to ensure appropriate data quality.
Capture admissions and discharges correctly. Assist in stock ordering and structuring of stock management systems. Compile patients statistics on a daily and monthly basis. Ensure patients files are correctly and completely compiled.
