A minimum of Grade 12 certificate or equivalent qualification with computer literacy certificate. Good communication skills, interpersonal, conflict management, time management, be punctual, flexibility and operational planning skills.
Knowledge of MEDSAS. Ability to work independently, in groups and work under pressure. One year experience in a hospital environment will serve as an added advantage.
Duties :
Management of daily, weekly and monthly statistics. Management of Human Resources administration duties in the Pharmacy, that includes calculating overtime hours, drafting standby rosters, recording overtime and leave forms, PMDS and ensuring that they are submitted to Human Resource timeously. Management of Pharmacy documents and filing them in a chronological order as per the Pharmacy SOPs.
Perform administrative duties for the Pharmacy infrastructure and assets. Theoretical and physical stock take reconciliation and capturing. Maintenance of ward lists and other lists. Printing of tablet pre-packing bags and labels. Assist in the procurement of non-pharmaceutical items under supervision.
