Duties :
Enter and discharge the deceased in the system, registering of all corpses in the register, Complete the B1, 11663 for release of the corpse to the next of kin, Issue the pass out slip to the family to give it to the undertaker to collect the corpse.
Arrange with the SAPS, Forensic and Pathology for the body to be taken for post-mortem. Supervising of Auxiliary Specialized Officer (ASO’S) and Senior Auxiliary Specialized Officer (SASO’S). Tracing the family of the deceased, lease with management and on pauper burials. Ensuring that the mortuary is clean and hygienic, daily monitoring of the mortuary fridges temperature
