Senior/National Senior Certificate (Grade 12) certificate or equivalent qualification. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Computer literacy, experience in data capturing and telephone etiquette. Attention to detail. Accuracy in execution of duties. Good analytical and numerical skills. Diploma or additional qualifications will be advantageous.
Duties :
Ensuring real-time data capturing is done. Assist in answering all incoming calls. Perform all Office Administration related duties. Conduct reconciliation, data analysis and identifying data gaps. Capturing data on DHIS, SAP-HIS and Tier.net systems.
