Grade 12 Certificate or equivalent qualification. Computer literacy.
Good interpersonal and communication skills verbal and written. Understanding of customer care and Batho Pele Principles. Willing to work under pressure.
Duties:
Administer the procurement of goods and services in line the applicable prescripts.
Compilation of requests for the supply chain management directorate. Provide effective document control and sound record keeping.
Provide administration supply on functional planning and operations for acquisition management.
Provide secretariat support service to supply chain management committees.
