    Enrolled Nurse / Staff Nurse Grade 1 -Justicia Clinic

    Requirements:

    • Senior Certificate plus Certificate of Registration as an Enrolled Nurse or Staff Nurse. Current registration with the South African Nursing Council as an Enrolled Nurse or Staff Nurse. Good interpersonal skills. 

    Duties:

    • Demonstrate understanding of nursing legislation and related legal and ethical nursing practices. Work within a structured environment. Facilitate and monitor patients’ health education programme (NTCP).
    • Facilitate effective discharge processes. Ensure proper record keeping. Maintain standards to improve nursing care. Render patient care and provide support to Professional Nurse.

    Administration Clerk: Patient Administration - Rob Ferreira Hospital

    Requirements:

    • Grade 12 Certificate or equivalent qualifications.Basic Computer Literacy .
    • Good interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written). Understanding of customer care and Batho Pele Principles.

    Duties:

    • Capturing of patients records on PIES system, filling of patients’ files, handling of funds if necessary, Handling of enquiries related to patients.  Opening of new patient files and accounts on PEIS, Complete relevant information pertaining patient details.  Determine the fee classification in terms of UPFS: verify classification by obtaining necessary information from patients.
    • Rendering variety of administrative duties such as typing of documents, filing of records, photocopy documents and registering of incoming and outgoing documents.
    • Assist in collecting statistics. Handle routine enquiries; distribute documents/packages to various stakeholders as required.  Keep and maintain the filing system for the component. Type letters and/or other correspondence when required. Handle telephone accounts and petty cash for the component..

    Administration Clerk: Supply Chain Management

    Requirements:

    • Grade 12 Certificate or equivalent qualification. Computer literacy.
    • Good interpersonal and communication skills verbal and written. Understanding of customer care and Batho Pele Principles. Willing to work under pressure.  

    Duties:

    • Administer the procurement of goods and services in line the applicable prescripts.
    • Compilation of requests for the supply chain management directorate. Provide effective document control and sound record keeping.
    • Provide administration supply on functional planning and operations for acquisition management.

    Accounting Clerk: Revenue

    Requirements:

    • Grade 12 Certificate with mathematics as passed subject or equivalent qualification. Basic Computer Literacy. Good interpersonal and communication skills verbal and written.

    Duties:

    • To do daily banking. Billing of private account on the PEIS system and send to relevant stakeholders. Reconcile accounts on PEIS SYSTEM. Deal with RAF patients files, private patients and injury on duty (IOD).
    • Capturing of invoices on BAS. Do filling and perform all revenue section related issues.
    • Verification and Classification by obtaining necessary information from patients. Rendering administrative duties such as typing of documents, filling of records photocopying documents and registering of incoming and outgoing documents. Assist in collecting statistics.
    • Handle routine enquiries. Distribute documents / packages to various stakeholders as required. Collect patient’s fees and record them accordingly

    Ward Clerk - Mapulaneng Hospital

    Requirements:

    • Grade 12 Certificate or equivalent qualifications. Basic Computer Literacy. Good interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written). Understanding of customer care and Batho Pele Principles. 

    Duties:

    • Responsible for tertiary services data collection. Collect, capture and submit accurate statistics from wards to information office daily.
    • Check files to ensure that data captured is correct and complete. Update patient files with patient details. Record patients in and out in the patient register. Update treatment received.
    • Capture information on PEIS System. Admit and discharge patients on PEIS system.  Order and control resources.
    • Maintain sufficient stock level and ensure that equipment is kept in working order. Render all administrative and computer related duties in the unit daily. Ensure accuracy of Data Management

    Switchboard/Telecom Operator

    Requirements:

    •  NQF level 4 or 5 (Grade 12 Certificate or equivalent). Must be Computer literate. Good interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written). Understanding of customer care and Batho Pele Principles must be able to work shifts

    Duties:

    • Operation of switchboard. Ensure maintenance and functioning of Switchboard Handle incoming and outgoing calls. Channel calls to the appropriate sections.
    • Answer general queries, keep record of trunk calls. Take messages and give message expediently. Issuing private telephone accounts to relevant officers. Report on abuse of telephones.
