Grade 12 Certificate or equivalent qualifications. Basic Computer Literacy. Good interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written). Understanding of customer care and Batho Pele Principles.
Duties:
Responsible for tertiary services data collection. Collect, capture and submit accurate statistics from wards to information office daily.
Check files to ensure that data captured is correct and complete. Update patient files with patient details. Record patients in and out in the patient register. Update treatment received.
Capture information on PEIS System. Admit and discharge patients on PEIS system. Order and control resources.
Maintain sufficient stock level and ensure that equipment is kept in working order. Render all administrative and computer related duties in the unit daily. Ensure accuracy of Data Management
