    Junior Manager Retail Store

    Job Specification 

    • We are offering a select few the opportunity to embark on a 12-month NQF 2 Agri Trade Processing Learnership. A feature of this program is that it will accelerate the learner’s orientation into the world of retail sales.
    • The Learnership is a work-based route of attaining a national qualification. It consists of institutional learning (theory) as well as structured work-experience (practice) and leads to a national qualification. Successful completion of the Learnership requires attendance of all classroom-based study blocks at 2 days per month for a period of up to 12 months with the remainder of the time being allocated to practical exposure at branch level.

    Minimum Requirements

    • Must be a South African Citizen
    • Obtained a Grade 12 qualification 
    • Must have own transport
    • Willingness to job rotate and be away from the appointed place of work
    • Successful completion of the inhouse Literacy and Numeracy assessment battery

    Manager Retail Store

    Job Specification

    • Reporting into the Regional Manager Operations, the incumbent would be responsible for managing a retail store, which includes overseeing sales, staff, inventory and operational & administrative systems and controls.

    Minimum Requirements

    • National Diploma in Business Administration, Commerce, Accounting, or related field
    • 5 years related experience in retail sales with a proven track record in a managerial capacity
    • Ability to effectively communicate and/or negotiate with high level of proficiency
    • Excellent MS Office skills and knowledge of retail operating systems

    Mechanic

    Job Specification

    • The incumbent will be responsible for the maintenance and repairing of all New Holland equipment as well as other Agricultural Equipment together with the diagnoses, identifies and rectifies of mechanical problems on a wide range of equipment.

    Minimum Requirements

    • Qualified Artisan - Diesel/Tractor Mechanic and must be in possession of a Red Seal Certificate
    • 3 years related experience as a Tractor Mechanic
    • Braud harvester experience will strengthen the application
