Managing the administration of general records and ensuring effective running of records management. Ensure proper disposal of departmental records, archiving or destruction. Management of messenger services and handling of correspondence and mail. Ensure recording of newly opened and closed files according to the approved file plan. Safe keeping and proper filling of records. Ensure implementation of records Management Policy and registry procedure manual. Management of KPA’s of subordinates.
