Administration: Pre-Paid Services at Swartland Local Municipality

Requirements: 

• Must be computer literate (Microsoft Excel, Outlook etc.)
• Bilingual in Afrikaans and English
• Good communication skills
• Be able to work in a team
• Must have numerical skills
• Ability to give attention to detail
• Accounting skills and acumen

Qualification: 

• A relevant 3-year tertiary qualification, preferably a National Diploma or B Com with financial accounting as a major subject, Computer literacy: MS Office

Experience: 

1. 0-2 years’ relevant experience required

Job Purpose: 

• Responsible for Administrative, Technical and accounting services regarding prepaid electricity meters and vendor points in the Swartland municipal area.

Key Performance Areas:

• Maintain register of all pre-paid meters on promun & suprima cash power systems
• Responsible for daily administrative and technical processes for pre-paid meters
• Responsible for administrative and accounting services regarding vendor points
• Monthly statistical processes for income
• Administration
